What are the components of .NET Framework?



.NET Framework contains the following components:
  • CLR (Common Language Runtime)
    • CLS (Common Language Runtime)
    • CTS (Common Type System)
    • GC (Garbage Collector)
    • JIT (Just In Time) Compiler)
  • BCL(Base Class Libraries) or (Framework Class Libraries)
